For purchases: performance of a contract. For transactional email: legitimate interest. For newsletter: consent (double opt-in). For analytics: legitimate interest (cookieless, no personal data collected).

Data processors

Stripe (payments, USA), Supabase (database and auth, USA), Vimeo (video hosting, USA), Resend or Postmark (transactional email, USA), Mailchimp (newsletter, USA), Vercel (hosting, USA), Cloudflare (security, USA). All processors operate under appropriate data transfer mechanisms for EU/UK data.

Data retention

Purchase and account data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.

Your rights
