Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of psionics.film and the streaming service operated by Psionics Film LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing access or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Licence to stream

Purchase of the Own, Backer, or Associate Producer tier grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream the Director's Cut of Psionics: The Minds That Summon UFOs on psionics.film for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit downloading, screen recording, redistribution, public screening, or commercial use of any kind.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this service to: (a) record, copy, or redistribute the film or any portion of it; (b) share your account credentials; (c) use automated tools to access the service; (d) circumvent any technical protection measures; (e) use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Credit terms

Backer and Associate Producer credits are subject to the deadline of 31 July 2026. After that date, no further names can be added to the credit roll. Credits are subject to approval by Psionics Film LLC. We reserve the right to reject names that are offensive, constitute a trademark violation, or impersonate a public figure without permission. Approved credits are final and cannot be changed after the deadline.

Intellectual property

All content on psionics.film, including the film, artwork, logos, and copy, is owned by or licensed to Psionics Film LLC or Alamo Pictures. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psionics Film LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
